Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed 24 hours after being received.

Shipping Fee (U.S. Orders Only): We offer a Flat Rate of $4.99 for orders $50 and under and Free Shipping for orders over $50.

Estimated Delivery Time (U.S. Orders Only): Please allow 4 - 8 business days to receive your order.

Shipping Confirmation / Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Undeliverable Orders: Orders that are returned undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.

Lost / Stolen / Misdelivered Packages: If tracking indicates your order was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Misdelivery / Incorrect Photo: If the carrier’s delivery confirmation photo or records clearly show the package was dropped off at the wrong location, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number. We will verify the photo against your submitted address and arrange a replacement or carrier claim.

  • Stolen Packages: If the carrier records and delivery photo confirm delivery to your specified address, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for subsequent theft; please contact your local authorities to report stolen property.

  • Reporting Window: All missing or misdelivered parcel inquiries must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Beyond this window, carrier records are finalized and we are unable to open an investigation or offer replacements.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy for detailed information about changes, cancellations, and refund.

International Orders

We currently ship internationally to Canada and Mexico.

  • Shipping Rates: $9.99 USD for the first item; $2.49 USD for each additional item.

  • Production Time: All items are custom printed. Please allow 2-5 business days for fulfillment before your order ships.

Standard Delivery Estimates (After Dispatch):

  • Canada: 7-14 business days

  • Mexico: 10–20 business days

Most orders arrive within these standard windows. However, international packages may occasionally take up to 30 business days due to peak customs processing or regional postal delays. A package is officially considered lost and eligible for a reprint or full refund after 30 business days from the dispatch date.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT/IVA), and customs brokerage fees once the shipment arrives in your destination country. These charges are determined by local border authorities, remain the sole responsibility of the customer, and are not included in our shipping rates.
